Job Description:
We are looking for Caregivers in Benton Harbor, MI who are passionate about providing quality in-home care for seniors and individuals with disabilities. Your role will be to assist clients with daily living activities, offer companionship, and ensure they remain as independent and comfortable as possible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting assistance.
- Help with mobility, including transferring and physical support.
- Engage clients in social activities, conversation, and hobbies.
- Provide light housekeeping duties and help with meal prep.
- Medication reminders and assistance with health monitoring.
- Transport clients to doctor appointments and run errands as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous caregiving experience preferred, but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
- Compassionate, reliable, and patient personality.
- Strong communication skills.
