Job Description:
We are hiring immediately for compassionate Caregivers in Plainwell, MI to provide essential home care to seniors and individuals with disabilities. As a caregiver, your role will involve assisting clients with everyday activities to help them live more independently and comfortably.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing.
- Provide mobility assistance, including transfers and walking support.
- Offer companionship and participate in light recreational activities.
- Monitor client health and well-being, reporting any changes to family members or healthcare providers.
- Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
- Provide transportation assistance for appointments and errands.
Requirements:
- Previous caregiving experience is mandatory.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Compassionate, reliable, and trustworthy.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow care plans.
