We are urgently seeking compassionate and reliable caregivers in East Grand Rapids, MI to provide in-home care for seniors and individuals with disabilities. If you have a passion for helping others and want to make a meaningful impact in your community, apply today!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding).
- Provide companionship, engage in conversation, and encourage social interaction.
- Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
- Assist with medication reminders and transportation to appointments.
- Monitor and report changes in the client’s condition to the care team.
- Ensure safety and well-being of the client at all times.
Qualifications:
- Prior caregiving experience is preferred, but not required.
- Compassionate, patient, and caring attitude.
- Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting, transferring clients).
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required.
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
