We are urgently seeking compassionate and reliable caregivers to join our team in Kalamazoo, MI. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
- Help with transportation for errands or medical appointments.
- Ensure medication reminders and proper safety in the home.
- Monitor the client’s health and report any changes to the care team.
Qualifications:
- Previous caregiving experience is preferred, but not required.
- Must have a compassionate, patient, and reliable attitude.
- Ability to lift and assist with client mobility.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- CPR and First Aid certifications (preferred but not required).
