Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) like bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship
- Administer medications and help with mobility and physical therapy exercises
- Ensure safety by assisting with transfers, walking, and using assistive devices
- Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare providers
Qualifications:
- Experience in caregiving or home health preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be reliable, compassionate, and trustworthy
- Background check and drug test required
- Valid driver’s license and car insurance preferred
