Home Helpers in the nation's most TRUSTED & RESPECTED provider of comprehensive home care services & support for individuals who choose to remain independent wherever they call home. Home Helpers has been in business for nearly 30 years, is expanding throughout Austin and is looking for dedicated, caring team members to join our best in class care team.
The ideal candidate for this role will be centrally based and flexible at the start with part time work, building to 30-40 per week as we grow. :

Pay Rate: $16-$20 an hour based on experience

Responsibilities:
- Assist with all transfers, and assist with some bathing/dressing
- Laundry, change sheets
- Engage the client with lively conversation,
- Accompany client with errands and appointments
- Can work independently on light house keeping projects
- Cook/prep meals

Schedule:
- Up to 5 days a week: Monday - Friday
- Shift: Will vary
Qualifications:
- Someone with a passion to help others!
- Punctual
- 3 years professional work experience
- B.A. preferred
- Be able to pass a background record
- Current driver's license w current Insurance
