We are urgently seeking a Compassionate Caregiver to join our team in Grand Rapids, MI. As a caregiver, you will play a critical role in improving the quality of life for seniors and individuals with special needs. Your primary duties will include assisting with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship. Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care routines (bathing, grooming, dressing).
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding.
- Support clients with mobility, transfers, and light housekeeping.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided.
Qualifications:
- Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required.
- Compassionate, reliable, and patient.
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions.
- Strong communication skills and a team player.
- Must pass background check and drug screening.
