Job Title: Urgent Caregiver Hiring - Benton Harbor, MI

Job Description: We are urgently hiring a dedicated Caregiver in Benton Harbor, MI! If you have a passion for helping others and are ready to make a positive impact in your community, we want you on our team. This role involves providing essential support to individuals in their homes, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, grooming, and meal preparation.
  • Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
  • Monitor and document clients' health and report any changes to the care team.
  • Ensure a clean and safe living environment by performing light housekeeping tasks.
  • Support clients with mobility and transportation as needed.
Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred.
  • Compassionate and patient with excellent communication skills.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
