Job Description: Are you a caring and dedicated individual looking to make a difference in the lives of others? We are seeking a Compassionate Caregiver in South Haven, MI, to provide high-quality, personalized care to our clients. In this rewarding role, you will assist with daily living activities, promote independence, and ensure a safe and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Help clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities to enhance their well-being.
- Monitor and document clients’ health and progress, reporting any concerns to supervisors.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related field preferred.
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
