Position: Care Lead
Location: Hartford, MI
Starting Pay Rate: $16 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a team of caregivers to ensure high-quality service.
  • Provide hands-on support and care for clients as needed.
  • Collaborate with families to develop personalized care plans.
  • Conduct regular evaluations of client care and staff performance.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation and reporting.
Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; caregiving certifications preferred.
  • Experience in a caregiving role, with prior supervisory experience valued.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
