Position: Care Lead
Location: South Haven, MI
Starting Pay Rate: $16 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time

Overview:
We are urgently seeking a Care Lead in South Haven! This position is perfect for someone who is passionate about providing compassionate care and leading a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of caregiving staff, ensuring exceptional care delivery.
  • Provide direct support to clients and assist with personal care tasks.
  • Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with families and healthcare providers.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain thorough documentation and reporting.
Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional caregiving certifications preferred.
  • Prior experience in a caregiving role; supervisory experience is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
