Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of caregiving staff, ensuring exceptional care delivery.
- Provide direct support to clients and assist with personal care tasks.
- Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with families and healthcare providers.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain thorough documentation and reporting.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional caregiving certifications preferred.
- Prior experience in a caregiving role; supervisory experience is a plus.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
