We are urgently hiring a dedicated and compassionate Care Lead to join our team in Grand Rapids. As a Care Lead, you will oversee and support a team of caregivers, ensuring high-quality care for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily activities of caregivers and assist in scheduling.
- Provide hands-on support to clients, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
- Conduct regular assessments to monitor client progress and needs.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in caregiving or healthcare preferred.
- Previous experience in a caregiving role, with supervisory experience a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
