Position: Care Lead
Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Starting Pay Rate: $16 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time

Overview:
We are urgently hiring a dedicated and compassionate Care Lead to join our team in Grand Rapids. As a Care Lead, you will oversee and support a team of caregivers, ensuring high-quality care for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily activities of caregivers and assist in scheduling.
  • Provide hands-on support to clients, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
  • Conduct regular assessments to monitor client progress and needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in caregiving or healthcare preferred.
  • Previous experience in a caregiving role, with supervisory experience a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
