Job Description:
We are urgently hiring caregivers in Plainwell who are dedicated to providing exceptional care. If you’re experienced and ready to start immediately, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with personal care routines, including bathing, grooming, and hygiene.
  • Help clients with mobility and physical support, including transferring and repositioning.
  • Prepare meals and assist with dietary needs, ensuring nutritional requirements are met.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ quality of life.
  • Maintain a clean and organized living environment, including laundry and light housekeeping.
Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a caregiver is required.
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license are essential.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
