Job Title: Caregiver

Job Description: We are hiring a compassionate caregiver in Plainwell, MI, to provide essential personal care and companionship to individuals in their homes. This role is perfect for those who are dedicated to improving the quality of life for others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance with personal care routines such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Prepare meals according to client preferences and dietary needs.
- Help clients with medication management and reminders.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities and social interactions.
- Maintain a safe and tidy home environment, including light housekeeping duties.
- Observe and report any changes in client condition or behavior to appropriate parties.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous caregiving or healthcare experience is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a caring attitude.
- Ability to lift and assist clients as necessary.
- Successful completion of background checks and drug screening.
