Job Description:
Homewatch CareGivers is seeking an Operations Manager at our Elmhurst, IL location. Homewatch CareGivers provides personalized and custom in-home care to support our clients’ unique needs. As the Operations Manager, you will direct, administer, and coordinate the business activities. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the organization. Responsibilities:
•            Oversee client care plans to ensure they are complete, accurate and up to date
•            Develop and execute caregiver schedules
•            Ensure policy and procedure compliance
•            Address Client Intake calls
•            Oversee all training including orientation, case orientation, and ongoing training
•            Manage client, caregiver, and outside care collaborator relations
•            Direct care supervision
•            Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
•            Be available on-call as needed
•            Other duties as needed to maintain the operations of the business including caregiving duties
 
Qualifications:
•            3+ years supervisory or administrative experience
•            3+ years Home Care experience (Preferred)
•            Ability to solve problems quickly and independently
•            Understanding of the statutory and administrative rules of the regulatory bodies, to ensure compliance within the agency
•            Excellent written and verbal communication
•            Software experience with Word, Excel, and other applications
•            Ability to pass all background screening
