Job Title: Care Lead Wanted: Urgent Hiring in Hartford, MI

Location: Hartford, MI (Serving Hartford, Bangor, Decatur)
Starting Pay Rate: $16/hour
Job Type: Full-Time

Description:
We are in urgent need of a Care Lead to join our compassionate team in Hartford, MI. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced caregivers who are ready to lead and inspire others while making a positive impact in the lives of clients in Hartford, Bangor, and Decatur.

Essential Duties:

  • Lead and supervise a team of caregivers to provide high-quality care.
  • Assess client needs and develop tailored care plans.
  • Train new staff and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Maintain high standards of care and compliance.
Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of caregiving experience, with leadership experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to motivate and mentor team members.
  • CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
  • Ready to start immediately.
