We are in urgent need of a Care Lead to join our compassionate team in Hartford, MI. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced caregivers who are ready to lead and inspire others while making a positive impact in the lives of clients in Hartford, Bangor, and Decatur.
- Lead and supervise a team of caregivers to provide high-quality care.
- Assess client needs and develop tailored care plans.
- Train new staff and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Maintain high standards of care and compliance.
- Minimum 2 years of caregiving experience, with leadership experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to motivate and mentor team members.
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
- Ready to start immediately.
