Job Title: Immediate Hiring: Care Lead in Hartford, MI

Location: Hartford, MI (Including Bangor and Decatur)
Starting Pay Rate: $16/hour
Job Type: Full-Time

Description:
Join our team as a Care Lead in Hartford, MI! We are urgently looking for an experienced professional who is ready to lead our caregiving staff and provide exceptional support to our clients in the surrounding areas of Hartford, Bangor, and Decatur.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the caregiving team.
  • Create and manage individualized care plans for clients.
  • Mentor and train new caregivers for effective service delivery.
  • Collaborate with families and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Monitor client needs and make adjustments as necessary.
Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in caregiving or healthcare management.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
  • Must be available to start immediately.
