Job Title: Urgent Care Lead Position Available in Hartford, MI

Location: Hartford, MI (Serving Hartford, Bangor, Decatur)
Starting Pay Rate: $16/hour
Job Type: Full-Time

Description:
We are urgently seeking an experienced Care Lead to join our dedicated team in Hartford, MI. This role is crucial for providing high-quality support to our clients in Hartford, Bangor, and Decatur. If you have a passion for caregiving and leadership, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train caregivers to ensure optimal client care.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans for clients.
  • Conduct assessments and monitor client progress.
  • Facilitate communication between clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and care standards.
Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a caregiving or healthcare role.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to mentor staff.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Certification in CPR/First Aid is preferred.
  • Must be ready to start immediately.
