Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train caregivers to ensure optimal client care.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans for clients.
- Conduct assessments and monitor client progress.
- Facilitate communication between clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ensure compliance with safety and care standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a caregiving or healthcare role.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to mentor staff.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Certification in CPR/First Aid is preferred.
- Must be ready to start immediately.
