Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time

Position Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team in Mattawan, MI. The ideal candidate will provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of personal care and companionship. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care services, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, promoting their well-being and quality of life.
  • Help clients with mobility and transportation to appointments or social activities.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.
  • Document and report any changes in clients’ health or behavior to the healthcare team.
  • Follow care plans developed by healthcare professionals and adhere to safety protocols.
Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a nursing assistant (CNA) or similar is preferred.
  • Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and their families.
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to lift and transfer clients as needed.

Compensation: $13.75 - $15.00 per hour
