Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time

Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team in Coloma, MI. As a caregiver, you will provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ quality of life.
  • Help with meal preparation, planning, and feeding as necessary.
  • Assist with medication management and reminders.
  • Support clients with mobility and physical exercises.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Document and report changes in clients’ health or behavior.
  • Respect client confidentiality and uphold privacy standards.
Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in caregiving is a plus.
  • Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related field is required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature.
  • Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting and assisting clients.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred, or willingness to obtain.
