Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities.
- Help with medication reminders and ensure clients adhere to their care plans.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members regarding client needs and progress.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required.
- Must have excellent communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required.
- Ability to pass a background check.
