Job Title: Care Lead
Location: Hartford, MI (covering South Haven, Bangor, and Decatur)
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay Rate: $16 per hour

Description: Join our team as a Care Lead in Hartford! We are urgently hiring individuals who are passionate about caregiving and ready to take on a leadership role. You will oversee care services for clients in South Haven, Bangor, and Decatur, ensuring they receive the best support possible.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of caregivers, providing guidance and support.
  • Develop personalized care plans and ensure compliance.
  • Train new caregivers and promote a culture of teamwork and compassion.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare providers.
  • Assess client needs and make adjustments to care plans as needed.
Qualifications:

  • Previous caregiving experience required; leadership experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Compassionate and committed to improving client well-being.
  • Reliable transportation and a willingness to travel within the area.
