Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of caregivers, providing guidance and support.
- Develop personalized care plans and ensure compliance.
- Train new caregivers and promote a culture of teamwork and compassion.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Assess client needs and make adjustments to care plans as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous caregiving experience required; leadership experience is a plus.
