Job Title: Care Lead
Location: Hartford, MI (serving South Haven, Bangor, and Decatur)
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay Rate: $16 per hour

Description: We are urgently seeking a Care Lead in Hartford! If you have a strong background in caregiving and want to step into a leadership position, this is the opportunity for you. You will play a crucial role in managing care services and supporting clients in South Haven, Bangor, and Decatur.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate the caregiving team to ensure high-quality client care.
  • Create individualized care plans and ensure they are implemented effectively.
  • Provide training and support to caregivers to promote best practices.
  • Maintain communication with clients and families about care progress.
  • Conduct regular assessments and adjust care plans as necessary.
Qualifications:

  • Experience in caregiving, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine passion for helping others and improving their quality of life.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
