Location: Hartford, MI (serving South Haven, Bangor, and Decatur)
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay Rate: $16 per hour
- Lead and coordinate the caregiving team to ensure high-quality client care.
- Create individualized care plans and ensure they are implemented effectively.
- Provide training and support to caregivers to promote best practices.
- Maintain communication with clients and families about care progress.
- Conduct regular assessments and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Experience in caregiving, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for helping others and improving their quality of life.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Competitive hourly wage of $16.
