Description: Are you a passionate caregiver ready to take on a leadership role? We are urgently hiring a Care Lead in Hartford! As a Care Lead, you will oversee a team of caregivers, ensuring exceptional care and support for our clients in South Haven, Bangor, and Decatur.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support caregiving staff to deliver high-quality care.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual client needs.
- Train and mentor new caregivers to ensure best practices.
- Communicate regularly with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Monitor client progress and report any changes in condition.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in caregiving and supervisory roles preferred.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Compassionate and dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for clients.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the service area.
