Job Title: Care Lead
Location: Hartford, MI (covering South Haven, Bangor, and Decatur)
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay Rate: $16 per hour

Description: Are you a passionate caregiver ready to take on a leadership role? We are urgently hiring a Care Lead in Hartford! As a Care Lead, you will oversee a team of caregivers, ensuring exceptional care and support for our clients in South Haven, Bangor, and Decatur.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support caregiving staff to deliver high-quality care.
  • Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual client needs.
  • Train and mentor new caregivers to ensure best practices.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor client progress and report any changes in condition.
Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in caregiving and supervisory roles preferred.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Compassionate and dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for clients.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the service area.
