About the Role: As a Caregiver in Grand Haven, you will play a pivotal role in supporting individuals in their daily lives, ensuring they feel safe, respected, and engaged. Your unique skills and compassionate nature will help enhance the quality of life for our clients, fostering their independence and dignity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized care, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Support clients with mobility and transportation needs, ensuring safety and comfort.
- Monitor health conditions and administer medication as directed.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment, including light housekeeping duties.
- Document care activities accurately and report any changes in client status.
What We’re Looking For:
- A compassionate heart and a genuine desire to help others.
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is a plus, but we welcome all who are willing to learn.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships.
- Physical capability to assist clients with mobility and daily tasks.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Compensation: $13.55 - $15.00 per hour
