Job Title: Compassionate Caregiver

Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to join our Muskegon team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals in need, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. If you have a genuine passion for helping others and a commitment to making a positive impact, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide compassionate personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with mobility and daily living activities, ensuring client safety and comfort.
  • Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed.
  • Administer medication and monitor health conditions as directed.
  • Engage clients in meaningful conversation and activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
  • Maintain a clean and safe living environment, including light housekeeping and laundry.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
  • Document care provided and report any changes in client condition.
Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Compassionate nature and a genuine desire to help others.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks and lift clients as necessary.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Compensation: $13.55 - $15.00 per hour
