Job Overview:
We are seeking caring and dedicated caregivers to join our team in Plainwell, MI. As a caregiver, you will provide essential assistance to individuals in need, helping them with daily tasks and offering companionship. This is a fulfilling role where you can make a positive impact on someone’s life every day.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Provide mobility assistance, including helping clients move around the home or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks, etc.).
  • Perform light housekeeping duties like laundry, vacuuming, and meal preparation.
  • Administer medication reminders as needed.
  • Offer companionship and engage in meaningful conversations or activities.
  • Monitor and report changes in the client’s condition to supervisors.
  • Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients.
Qualifications:

  • Compassionate, patient, and attentive to the needs of others.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in caregiving or healthcare (preferred but not required; training provided).
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred but not required).
  • Must be at least 18 years old.

Compensation: $13.55 - $15.00 per hour
