We are seeking caring and dedicated caregivers to join our team in Plainwell, MI. As a caregiver, you will provide essential assistance to individuals in need, helping them with daily tasks and offering companionship. This is a fulfilling role where you can make a positive impact on someone’s life every day.
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide mobility assistance, including helping clients move around the home or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks, etc.).
- Perform light housekeeping duties like laundry, vacuuming, and meal preparation.
- Administer medication reminders as needed.
- Offer companionship and engage in meaningful conversations or activities.
- Monitor and report changes in the client’s condition to supervisors.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients.
- Compassionate, patient, and attentive to the needs of others.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in caregiving or healthcare (preferred but not required; training provided).
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred but not required).
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Flexible scheduling (day, evening, weekend shifts available).
