About the Role:

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aid to join our team at Right at Home Coastal Orange County, CA. As a Home Health Aid, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients by providing essential care and support in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and toileting
Provide medication reminders and assistance with prescribed exercises
Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
Accompany clients to appointments and outings
Document and report any changes in client's condition to the care team

Requirements:

Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
Compassionate and patient demeanor
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and their families
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
