Job Overview:
We are urgently hiring compassionate caregivers to provide essential support to our clients in Benton Harbor. As a caregiver, you will enhance the quality of life for individuals in need, making a meaningful difference in their daily routines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in social and recreational activities.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with medication reminders.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
- Monitor clients’ health and report any changes to the family or healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate effectively with clients and their families.
Qualifications:
- Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required.
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable demeanor.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow care plans and maintain confidentiality.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required.

Compensation: $13.55 - $15.00 per hour
