We are currently looking for an outgoing go getter for a commission-based sales position. No experience is necessary, as we will train you for success! This would be a great opportunity for a current caregiver, CNA, direct care worker, or student to gain marketing and sales experience.
 
Pay rate:
  • This is a commission-based position.
Working hours:
  • Choose your own hours.
  • Full flexibility.
Essential responsibilities:
  • Speaking with potential clients to introduce them to us, and the great services that we provide.
  • Using tools to reach out to potential clients. This could include working our existing pipeline, attending events, calls to facilities/locations, and sales calls/visits to other agencies that assist, or house, those within our communities that could use our services.
  •  Follow, grow, and update company sales lead system.
  • Set up intakes.
  • Weekly reports to the management team.
Requirements:
  • No experience necessary.
  • Valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation.
  • Previous experience in home care is a plus. 
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
  • Highest ethical standards in showing good stewardship of client and company IP / information. 
  • Must live within 45 minutes of Ypsilanti, Michigan.
