Location: Bala Cynwyd, PA 19004
Schedule: Dayshift / Mon - Fri

REPORTS TO 
Branch Director

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school graduate, college degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years experience in home care or health care setting.
  • 1-3 years experience in ensuring employee files are current.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentations, and the ability to work well with people.
  • Effective skills in organization, time management, problem-solving, decision-making, conflict resolution, and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong personal computer and data entry skills.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY

  • Monitor staff availability, hiring, and training needs.
  • Continually recruits qualified field staff to meet the needs of the Agency.
  • Manages all aspects of the Agency’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including but not limited to posting jobs, refreshing jobs, and managing candidate flow.
  • Conducts interviews with applicants, onboarding, and new hire orientation
  • Ensure field staff and client files (paper and electronic) are complete and meet regulatory and agency requirements.
  • Participates in the training of field staff.
  • Assign training to field staff and ensure completion.
  • Communicate effectively with all interdisciplinary team members through verbal reports and participation in staff meetings and team conferences, as requested. 
  • Answer phone and make outbound calls.
  • Maintains the inventory of office supplies.
    • Service clients in their home, as needed. 
  • Provide human resources, office support, and coordination of daily operations.
  • Maintains records of activity and ensures metrics are met.
  • Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the job.
  • Performs other related duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary.
  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
