Homewatch CareGivers is seeking a Home Care Staffing Coordinator & Caregiver at our Austin, Texas location. Homewatch CareGivers provides personalized in-home care to support our clients’ unique needs. As Scheduling Coordinator / On-Call Caregiver , you will administer, and coordinate business activities; you will be responsible for office communications, recruitment and hiring of caregivers. Responsibilities:
·       Manage incoming communications (phone, email, mail, etc.)
·       Manage client and caregiver files
·       Data entry into computer programs used in the office
·       Support and participate in the hiring process of new employees
·       Develop and execute caregiver schedules
·       Manage all training including orientation, case orientation, and ongoing training
·       Manage client, caregiver, and outside care collaborator relations
·       Manage a rotating schedule that includes on-call evenings and weekends
·       Office and clerical activities as needed
·       Caregiving skillset and experience to cover last minute shifts in any of our client's homes
·       Other duties as needed 
 
Qualifications: 
·       2+ years supervisory or administrative experience 
·       Ability to solve problems quickly and independently
·       Excellent written and verbal communication 
·       1+ years Microsoft Word, Excel or similar experience 
·       Ability to pass all background screening
·       1+ years Home Care experience
