**Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated and organized **Recruiter** to manage the hiring process for caregivers, nurses, and other staff members. The recruiter will identify qualified candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate the onboarding process. This role is perfect for someone with experience in recruiting within the healthcare industry, particularly home care, who enjoys working in a fast-paced and compassionate environment.
**Responsibilities: Source, screen, and interview candidates for caregiver and other healthcare positions.

Manage job postings on various platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and referral sources.
Schedule orientations and collaborate with management for final selections.
Ensure all new hires meet company and industry-specific requirements (licenses, certifications, etc.).
Assist in the onboarding process, including documentation and background checks. - Stay updated on industry trends and competitor hiring practices.
Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

**Qualifications:

Experience in recruitment, preferably within home care, healthcare, or related industries.
Strong understanding of the caregiving role and healthcare staffing needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple job postings and candidates simultaneously.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and online recruiting tools.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
High level of professionalism and discretion.
