Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support caregiving staff to ensure high-quality care.
  • Create personalized care plans and ensure they are followed effectively.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of care regulations and company policies.
  • Engage with families and other healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care.
  • Assess and improve care practices to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications:

  • Significant experience in a leadership role within healthcare or caregiving.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Relevant qualifications and certifications.
