Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support caregiving staff to ensure high-quality care.
- Create personalized care plans and ensure they are followed effectively.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of care regulations and company policies.
- Engage with families and other healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care.
- Assess and improve care practices to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Significant experience in a leadership role within healthcare or caregiving.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant qualifications and certifications.

Compensation: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
