- Experience: Previous caregiving experience is a plus but not required; we provide full training.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, and a strong commitment to helping others.
- Certification: CPR and First Aid certification preferred but not required.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation is essential.
