Position Summary:
In this role, you will provide personal care and support to our clients, ensuring their safety and well-being. This position is perfect for those who are eager to make a difference and start working right away.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Manage daily living tasks such as meal preparation, light cleaning, and medication reminders.
- Support client mobility and maintain a safe environment.
- Offer companionship and engage clients in activities.
- Document care provided and report any changes in client condition.
- Follow health and safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Experience in caregiving is beneficial but not required; training is available.
- Ability to perform physical care tasks and assist with mobility.
- Good communication skills and a caring demeanor.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
