Position Summary:
In this role, you will provide personalized care to our clients, assisting them with daily activities and ensuring their well-being. Your role will be crucial in improving the quality of life for those in need.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Manage daily tasks including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders.
- Aid with mobility and ensure client safety.
- Offer companionship and engage clients in enriching activities.
- Document care details and report any changes in client condition.
- Follow all safety and health guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Previous caregiving experience is a plus; training provided.
- Ability to perform physical tasks and handle personal care needs.
- Strong communication skills and a caring demeanor.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
