We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated in-home caregiver to join our team. As a caregiver, you will provide direct support and assistance to individuals in need, ensuring their well-being and promoting their independence. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
Potential Duties:
- Social activities and companionship
- Personal care (bathing, dressing, and grooming)
- Assist with meal planning and preparation
- Light housekeeping tasks
- Implement behavior management techniques as needed
- Ensure the rights and dignity of residents are respected at all times
- Provide specialized care for individuals with dementia or memory care needs

Requirements:
Our ideal candidate has a genuine desire to make one-on-one connections with those they assist, seeks out ways to improve the lives of others, and finds joy in the simple things of day-to-day life.
We would also appreciate:
- Previous experience in caregiving or related field
- Familiarity with assisted living
- Knowledge of dementia care techniques
- Familiarity with assisted living

Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

As a Caregiver, you will:
- Assist with daily activities to help our clients stay independent and live in their own homes.
- Provide personal care assistance.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ROM.
- Handle meal planning, preparation, and feeding.
- Properly manage household needs.
- Provide companionship and respite services for the client and their family.
