Your Role as a Resident Care Partner
As a Resident Care Partner, you’ll play a vital role in improving clients’ daily lives. Your responsibilities will vary depending on individual needs and may include:

Personal Assistance: Helping with bathing, grooming, and mobility to ensure clients’ comfort and independence.

Home Management: Light housekeeping and meal preparation to maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
