Order Selector

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Order Selector. The Order Selector is responsible for accurately and efficiently selecting products from inventory based on customer orders. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Review customer orders and locate products in the warehouse using a picking list or handheld device.
Accurately select the correct quantity and type of products from inventory shelves.
Verify product codes, lot numbers, and expiration dates to ensure accuracy.
Pack selected items securely for shipment, following company packaging guidelines.
Label packages with appropriate shipping information and documentation.
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely and efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including keeping aisles clear and shelving units properly stocked.
Collaborate with other team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in warehouse operations or order picking preferred.
Ability to read and interpret written instructions and product codes.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
