Established in 2012, Home Helpers of MetroWest is a well-known and respected provider of non-medical home care for the elderly.  We take care of our clients as if they were our own family members.  
 
Seeking to hire experienced professional (Sales, Marketing, SW, LPN, Case Manager) to build relationships with local doctor’s offices, hospitals, rehabs, senior centers, elder law attorneys to drive client referrals.  This is an exciting opportunity for a self-driven “people-person” who likes building relationships and enjoys being “out in the world”, not stuck in an office.  

This could be a PART-TIME or FULL-TIME position
 
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
-        Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources.
-        Attend local networking events.
-        Do occasional in-services/presentations for local facilities or senior groups.
-        Closely track all activity and run weekly reports.
-        Attend weekly team meetings (for business and fun!)
 
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
-        A love for seniors is at the heart of this position.
-        Enthusiastic and friendly “people-person” who enjoys being out in the world! 
-        At least ONE year of experience in sales/marketing - ideally in healthcare field.
-        Licensed SW or LPN or Case Manager are a plus!!
-        Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-        Must be detail oriented, and have excellent follow-through.
-        Experience with WellSky (formerly ClearCare) another plus!

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
