What Youโll Need:
- ๐ Valid PCA, CNA, or Nurse Aide certification (required)
- ๐ A heart for helping and deep respect for seniors
- ๐ Ability to follow individualized care plans
- ๐ Clear communication skills (phone & email)
- ๐ Reliable transportation + valid driverโs license
- ๐ช Ability to lift at least 25 lbs
- ๐ง Patience, flexibility, and adaptability
