✅ What You Need to Join Our Team:
✔ PCA, CNA, or Nurse Aide certification (required)
✔ Respect and compassion for seniors
✔ Ability to follow personalized care plans
✔ Strong communication (phone and email)
✔ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
✔ Ability to lift at least 25 lbs
✔ Flexibility and patience — every client is different!
