Starting Pay:
- Companionship: $14.00
- PCA start rate: $15.00
- CNA start rate: $16.50
- Nursing Assistant start rate: $15.50
After Completing Training:
- Receive a $0.50 raise

Responsibilities:
- Providing companionship and conversation 💬
- Assisting with personal care tasks 🧼
- Performing light housekeeping 🧹
- Assisting with dressing and meal preparation 🍽️
- Providing medication reminders 💊
- Providing transportation to appointments 🚗
- Helping family members learn safe care techniques 📋
Qualifications:
- PCA/CNA certification required 📜
- Valid driver’s license and transportation 🚗
- Ability to treat clients with dignity and respect 🤝
- Ability to interpret care plans 📋
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to new situations 🔄
- Must be reachable via phone or email 📱
- Able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs 💪
