π What Weβre Looking For:
β CNA License or PCA Certification Required
β Kindness and respect for every client
β Ability to follow care plans carefully
β Valid driverβs license and reliable transportation
β Flexibility and adaptability β every day is different
β Comfortable around pets β many clients have cats or dogs
β Strong communication skills β stay connected via phone/email
β Physical strength β able to lift at least 25 lbs
β Experience with dementia or senior care is a plus!
β Must pass a background check β safety is essential.
