POSITION SUMMARY
We are a small and growing home care agency with a close-knit team. In this role, your essential function is to keep the agency on track and in alignment with its core purpose while leading, managing, and holding individuals accountable. You will manage day-to-day operations and hold the agency employees, processes, systems, priorities, and strategies together. Manage the collaboration between finance, marketing, operations, and sales. Facilitate relationships. Deliver results and move the business forward.

REPORTS TO 
Administrator

QUALIFICATIONS
●        Associate degree preferred
●        Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work well with people
●        Demonstrates organization and time management skills
●        Speaks, writes, reads, and understands English
●        Demonstrates skills in organization, problem-solving, decision-making, conflict resolution, and the ability to work independently
●        Personal computer and data entry skills

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY
1.       Assures that client requests for services are staffed following the needs identified in the Plan of Care
2.       Provides direction and supervision to the administrative departments
3.       Provides caregiver management 
4.       Implements adequate workflow systems, monitoring mechanisms, and control mechanisms.
5.       Communicates necessary information about employees and clients to clinical leadership and other interoffice personnel.
6.        Performs job in compliance with Agency policies and procedures and professional and community standards.
7.       Performs additional duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
