In-Home Care– 50K, Health Insurance, PTO, Bonus, Company Car, Paid Gas and Routine Maintenance and Oil changes.

We are a well-established, well-respected, Home Care Services company. Over the past 18 years we have built a reputation for delivering compassionate and dependable in-home care services for families throughout the Puget Sound. We are currently looking for an experienced, flexible, team focused professional. This position requires visits to supervise care at client's homes.
The candidate’s success will be measured by the ability to:
• Effectively communicate with the team and clientele
• Participate as an integral member of the team
• Able to manage stress well
• Appropriately handle all client and staff interactions with a friendly, service-first mindset
• Team Player
Experience
Social Work and/or Case Management supervision is preferred, but experience such as business owner/manager is also excellent background.
